Information and Getting in Touch / Complaints Procedure

All the information needed you should need for travel by bus is on the app or online at buses.gg

There is free wifi on the buses and a QR code on the back of the timetable to help you download the app, or in the ‘quick links’ at the bottom of the homepage to download the app.

Facebook @buses.gg is also used to give out bus information

The Town Terminus Shop is also a great place to get bus information

Please use the email information@buses.gg if getting in touch.

The complaints procedure in place starts with an email, please do not put any complaint directly to staff.

Matters that require investigation will need a date, time, bus route and location given in the
email.

Those without email may write to buses.gg, SCI Ltd,1st & 2nd Floors, Elizabeth House,
