Information and Getting in Touch / Complaints Procedure
All the information needed you should need for travel by bus is on the app or online at buses.gg
There is free wifi on the buses and a QR code on the back of the timetable to help you download the app, or in the ‘quick links’ at the bottom of the homepage to download the app.
The Town Terminus Shop is also a great place to get bus information
The complaints procedure in place starts with an email, please do not put any complaint directly to staff.
Matters that require investigation will need a date, time, bus route and location given in the
email.

Compliments can be written on the puffinchampion forms in this timetable and handed to the driver or the Shop Team, or emailed to information@buses.gg
