During December we will be operating later services on a Thursday evening, to allow shoppers to take advantage of the late-night shopping in St. Peter Port.
On Thursday 4, 11 & 18 December 2014 the following services will operate from Town Terminus in addition to the services on the scheduled network:
Route 11 (towards The Bridge, L'Ancresse & Bordeaux Harbour) - 2045, 2115, 2145, 2215
Route 21 (including Pembroke Bay, on request*) - 2030, 2130
Route 31 - 2030, 2145
Route 41 - 2130, 2200
Route 42 - 2200
Route 51 - 2030, 2100, 2130
Route 61 (including Bas Courtils Estate & St. Andrew's, on request*) - 1930, 2030, 2130
Route 93 (including Jerbourg, on request*) - 2045, 2115, 2145, 2215
All of these services will operate as 'set-down only' from Town Terminus, after picking up passengers in the St. Peter Port area.
All fares for the above services will be £1 per person.
Pre-paid Ormer Cards and Concessionary cards will be accepted for use on all services.
(*Please note that on the services marked 'on request' the stops will be served as follows:
Route 21 - Pembroke Bay will be served via Route Militaire, after the service has completed the loop at L'Islet.
Route 61 - Bas Courtils and St. Andrew's will be served after the service has served L'Eree and Le Coudre.
Route 93 - Jerbourg will be served before the service reaches St. Martin's.)
Applications welcome from both experienced drivers and those wanting to train to be a bus driver. Those residentially qualified and already holding a car licence can join the training programme from the age of 21.
We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced bus drivers to join our team at CT Plus Guernsey.Driving our fleet of modern buses across our network of scheduled and school services you will cover the island, from country to coast.For existing bus licence holders pay starts at £12.30 per hour, with £15.68 per hour for any work after 18:30hrs and all day Sundays. Training rate is £8.85 per hour for the first 2-3 weeks.Immediate starts are available for those with full PSV/PCV licences.
